I really like the look of the W/B/W on all sides of the binding (width and height). I haven't been able to find anyone who sells the binding this way so I'm assuming I need to glue a .04" b/w binding on the bottom of the b/w/b body binding. Only problem is Stew-Mac doesn't sell a size to perfectly match the body binding thickness and it seems if it's too much bigger or smaller it would be a pain to line everything up and make it flush. Any ideas from those who have done this before? Thanks in advance.

You laminate the w/b onto the bottom of the w/b/w and scrape it flush. Then you will likely have to trim some off the top as the binding may be too tall to get a good glue up. I just use my bandsaw to do the trim up. I've not done this and it seems the hard part is getting a good miter on both the side and the top.

You can also add the B/W strips individually as you bind, instead of pre-laminating. I find this easier, because if you laminate all that up, it makes for a pretty stiff strip of binding.
You can trim the B/W strips on the bandsaw, but Martin Guitar's "Guitarmaker's Connection" sells strips of the right width.
