Well, Scott Tichenor (this site's owner) gives them away if you send him a self-addressed envelope (I got mine two weeks ago). #Or you can check out (and vote on) the contest going on in the "General Mandolin Discussions" thread right now.

I have some copies of one that I made. If you email me your mailing address, I'll send you a couple for free. I could also send you a jpeg of the sticker to see if you want it. Some people here think it's a bit off color. They just have dirty minds though.
