I visit their website regularly, to drool the photos of their impressive inventory of vintage guitars and mandolins. I have also corresponded with the owner, Mark Stutman. He's very friendly and helpful.
Not having purchased anything from them (yet), I can't directly comment on what it's like to do business with them. But they have been discussed on the Unofficial Martin Guitar Forum, and I've heard nothing but good reviews.

First rate place, cool stock, lots of unusual stuff passing through, good management, some live entertainment (saw Don Ross there), excellent repair service. They're good enough to carry Marc Beneteau guitars and he doesn't let just anyone represent his guitars. Absolutely trustworthy.
'Nuff said.
Peace, Mooh.

I agree. Haven't done business with them yet, but they're on my 'Favorites' list and I've called them a few times. Maybe I'm just looking for an excuse to visit their store because I love driving through that rural southwestern Ontario country.
