Alan Bibey and Blueridge

My group, Copper Ridge, opened for Blueridge and Lost and Found Saturday night. Due to the hurricane threat, we were moved indoors and the sound guy didn't show up. So we had a complete acoustic show in a small meeting room. But what a show! I had no idea what a really great mandolin player Alan Bibey is. (Of course, I not cutting down Dempsey Young, either)We talked awhile and he brought out his prototype Gibson signature model...a great sounding mando and looks great with the tortise binding.....He plays so quick and clean. Just inspired me to work even harder on my practicing.
