Besides the one in Tacoma, WA (http://www.themandolincafe.com/) that many of you already know about, there is one in Izmir, Turkey (http://www.izmirextra.com/default.asp?tabID=325); and here is a link to a fan group on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?sid=1372bd95c2c86eb96ba1f18b4b743885&gid=30443988070&ref=search).
Any others out there that you have run across in your travels or web surfing?

I dunno, but I was wearing my Mandolin Cafe' ballcap on a flight this week, and a guy in front of me asked, "So where's the Mandolin Cafe'?"
I answered, "On the Internet."
He said, "Oh, OK. I play bluegrass fiddle myself."
I wanted to say, "I would have guessed you played the banjo!" But I didn't.

NO, when you reach the edge of the cafe there are dragons and seamonsters and then you drop off the edge, never to be seen again.

I was wearing MY Mandolin Cafe cap the other day and someone asked me where it was and what did they serve. LOL!
I told the lady it was on the World Wide Web and they serve hash ... over and over! LOL! :))

Reso-nation (http://www.reso-nation.org/node) is for resonator guitar enthusiasts and it's the best resource for dobro players. It's a smaller and very close knit community. I traded for my Weber Limited Edition on the Classifieds there.
