If any Cafe members are in the Upstate NY/Saratoga Springs area this Saturday night, you should come to the Parting Glass Pub at 40 Lake Ave at 8pm! Help Franklin Delano Wakefield celebrate his 75th birthday with great music, food and good beer. $15 admission. Reservations at (518) 583-1916 or email: reservation@partingglasspub.com. One of my fave Wake tunes is Bluegrass Band #1, off a mid-70's record. Has the great Jon Glik and Lindner boys on it. It has just the right stops in it.
