I have the tab for it if you would like. I will need to scan it. It was in Jay Buckey's book. You might check his website in the free tab section. I think his rendition is called "feudin five strings" or something like that. Its pretty easy, but doesn't too sound good without another instrument. My wife can't stand it as that was the only song her dad ever learned on the b@n#o. I think it would be a good song to learn by ear. It also has a little bit of "Yankee Doodle" in it.

The Kentucky Colonels "Live in Stereo" has a version of this song, mandolin part and all (Roland White on mando)

Sounds good with a guitar and mandolin. Just stroll through a campground playing it, pause and listen. If there is a guitar around - it wiil answer you.

Dualing banjos on one mandolin isn't too far fetched. I remember Tiny Tim doing both voices/parts for I Got You Babe!

I think I heard Bluegrass 45 play this tune, but called it "Mocking Mandolin".

Now the real question is why would you want to?

I know this is very old topic, but it appears some people think it would be weird to hear it on a mandolin. I think i have a recording somewhere of Earl Scruggs and Bill Monroe doing it. It sounds awesome.
