restoration help?

I bought this 1913 model Vega recently. I got a good price because the top is warped and it's currently unplayable. I would love to hear this instrument sing again. I am the second owner and was sold the instrument with the trust that I would restore it and play it. Can anyone here recommend a Luther who can restore this fine instrument? If not can someone give me advice on how to make it playable once again?

Where are you? Maybe we can recommend someone close to you. Otherwise, you are only UPS away from several good repair luthiers.

Better pics of the damage is needed for further advice. These are nice instruments and should be treated well.
