Reading all of the threads had me thinking; could Slipknot be played on the mandolin?:disbelief:

Does this mean we all have to start wearing sick clown masks, and have 4 extra drummers?

As long as we don't try any Gwar on the mando I think we'll survive.

I was playing around one day and started picking a part of a lick I knew sounded familiar. It was Pantera's cowboys from hell. Like to pull it out from time to time and briefly relive my middle school hard rocker phase, minus the acne and awkwardness.

I think I remember seeing a metal emando album over on emando.com. Haven't heard it but I'm sure it's entertaining. Also just saw a youtube clip of Jack Black singing at the Opry. I think the world might be ready for mando metal. :whistling:
