I assume you know that Darol Anger played violin/fiddle in the original David-Grisman Quintet (from 1975/76 until 1983 or so--not only a fantastic player, but the one time I met him and visited with him (1999 or so), he seemed like a quality person as well...very deserving of any and all accolades as far as I can see (certainly professionally he's at the top of the talent heap and has been there for decades).

Thanks for throwing his name out there--no vested interest for me at all.
