I've lost the small gold screw of the tuning button on my Mt2. What's the easiest way to get a replacement? What tuners are on it if anyone would answer?

OK I see Waverly's from the Collings web site-What do you think-contact Waverly?, Any good repair shop? Just get a brass screw? Who might have gold screws?

Jon, mini-grovers have a small screw in them too and they can be bought individually. Drop over and we'll see if they're the same size....

Contact Collings. I had the same problem with a Gibson and they were kind of enough to just mail me the screw (and some extras). I'm sure Collings will do the same. It happens fairly regularly.

Try a tiny bit of LocTite on the screws so they don't back out.

The same thing happened to me and after a quick email, they sent over some spares. It shouldn't be a big deal for a maker of that size...

Same thing happened with my Collings MT. Collings quickly sent new ones to the dealer for replacement. No problem!
