About a month ago I posted a query about my Washburn M3SW top collapsing underneath the tailpiece. I am the original owner and have owned the mando about three years. I called the warranty service department regarding the problem and their "limited lifetime warranty". They were quite helpful and had me send the mando in for repair or replacement. Yesterday I received a new replacement at my doorstep. Although there are some minor changes on the newer M3SW, some better (nicer finish), others not so good (cheaper looking tuners), I do have a decent sounding and playable instrument again - only cost was the $10 shipping to send it. Washburn apparently stands behind their product. Thanks, Washburn.
