I have purchased two Micheal Kelly mandolins in the past 14 months, and I am very satisfied with both mandolins. Last week, I lost one of the tuner bushings from one of the mandolins. I had a few Bushings (Gibson type) in my spare parts bag, but they were a little to large in diameter. I emailed Tracy and even though he and his staff were attending the trade show in Nashville, he got back to me and told me he would help me with my problem. I received the bushing 3 days later. That is service after the sale and I really can't say enough about Tracy and his company.

I purchased one of the first MKs when Tracy only sold on the internet. He is honest and just plain nice to do business with, glad to hear others think so.

I live near their office, and they were kind enough to let me visit, and try several mandos, and guitars. I had to order the instrument from a distributor, but they had the selection of instruments to try out there. Ironically, one of the guys there had sold me a mandolin years ago when he worked at another outfit. I have also ordered parts from them, and got a great deal and fast service. MK is a great companty to deal with, with great products!
