Just picked Up Noam Pikelny's (Banjo with Leftover Salmon/John Cowan Band) new album called In The Maze. Any one who is into Phillips Grier and Flinner should run and buy this album. Noam fits in perfectly with these guys and his tunes are awesome-nothing like leftover or Cowan with drums etc...- just good quality new acoustic style music-all original to boot. And Gabe witcher on fiddle-killer. Mostly laid back with a great groove and feel-easy to listen to if new acoustic is your thing.
