And what brand of mandolin is he playing? I really love his sound.

Seriously?

It's her, Sierra Hull. She's a beast on that thing. She also plays. among other mandolins, a Weber Fern.

Are you serious? Sierra Hull plays mandolin. She plays a distressed Weber fern. She used to play a Gibson Steffey signature.

She can also flatpick a guitar like you wouldn't believe and has a great voice. A tremendous talent for sure.

He's probably talking about the YouTube videos where Sierra Hull is playing guitar and Carl Berggren is on the mandolin playing Cherokee Maggie and Roanoke.

I'm just glad I could teach her something profound before she made it big. She said she would treasure this advice always.

It was always....no wait...never...no maybe it was always, yes, always...no, I guess it was never...*sigh*

I haven't seen her on Youtube. I just heard what I thought was a group on ITunes. I didn't realize that was her name. I will look for the group on Youtube this evening.

I'm pretty sure it's Ernesto McGillicuddy, the guy who used to be the mandolin player for Sam Bush. Yep.
