There are still some openings for the Compton/Long mandolin workshop in Chicago.
The workshop is Monday, July 26th at 7pm.
It will take place at my place-
1736 S. Union in Chicago #1
(the neighborhood is called Pilsen)
My house is directly under the 18th street exit of 90/94 south. Union is one block east of Halsted St.
Street parking is usually pretty good, just don't park on 17th place- it's permit only.
The workshop will last 2-2.5 hrs. I would describe it as
"Deep Monroe"
This workshop is likely to be the closest you will get to these guys-literally! My apartment is not large.
Again, I'd like to thank David for the opportunity to host him and Mike in Chicago.
