A BIG THANKS for the info. The mandolin was bought from a store miles from where i live & had nothing done to it. I will post in a few weeks time & let you know how i get on.

Hi Karl. You can actually send a private message to anyone by clicking on their name in the upper left hand corner of any message they have posted and selecting and selecting Send a Private Message to [their name]. That becomes a conversation between the two of you alone.
