Can't find the info on the web site. Where do I click for more info? Do I need tix? And most importantly, can I bring beer?

p.s. Scotti, will BRW #6 be in attendence, I'd love to take a look at it. I'm thinking about getting on the list, but not seriously until I can play at least one or two.

I can't make it to Central KY for Military leave until @ 21 July, so I'll miss this extremely rare opportunity. Everybody go if you can. I just returned from the Cleveland GA Festival and saw LRB among 10 or so other TOP dog groups.
If you mando monsters missed this one, I'm sure sorry. Alan Bibey, Alan Purdue (SP??) David Grisman, Adam Steffey, Doyle Lawson, John Wesley Lee, Ricky Skaggs, Andy Leftwich, Jeff Parker, Ronnie McCoury, Shane Bartlett, and many other Mando gurus.
Tell Jeff Parker that Jeff Dodson says howdy if you go to the Ohio show. He'll probably let you check out his Steffey Model (#18, I think).
Take it easy.

..Will do Jeff...Parker is a cool cat..last time I seen him he had the Steff in tow but was playing his old trusty F12...which is probably the best sounding 12 Ive ever heard...

I'm planning on being there. I'm not sure you all are going to want to bring your BRWs after all. It's supposed to be a pretty rainy day, and if I'm not mistaken Scotti, doesn't #6 have a fear of water these days (that was your mando that got flooded right?)

Thanks for the photos, Scotti. How did that bass sound? Doyle has the same deal, with eyes closed, it's almost identical to a stand up sound...I did say almost!

..the bass sounded very good...Im trying to talk our bass player in looking into one....almost..as you said.

..I might add that Jeff Parker was playing his Steffey model that day...it sounded really good...better than most I have heard...which isnt saying those were bad...Jeffs just seemed to have some extra "woof" to it...

That's (just one of the things) that's good about being Mr. Tony Rice; even if you lose your great voice, there's a bunch of feller's lining up to do the singing for you!

..you can see the music stand there in front of Brandon.....had to read alot of the words to T's songs but he pulled it off really well. Brandon has really stepped up and filled some big shoes...including Ronnie Bowman and Tyminski's after they left LRB.....hes one of my new favorite sangers...
