Just curious if anyone knows when the live show of Nickel Creek at the Ryman is scheduled to be released (if a date has even been given).

Also a while back I thought I read that Into the Cauldron was coming out in book form. Is this true?

I don't think any such recording will ever come out. The planned filming for a DVD release was cancelled. They may have recorded the audio, but doubtful if the intention was to ever release it.
