Flatiron cadet info

I have a mint cherry Flatiron Cadet S/N 94035267. The label inside the body says Performer Series Handmade in Bozeman MT.
I believe I bought this in the 97-98 time frame, but I really don't recall.

I understand that Gibson bought Flatiron. I would like to find out if this was manufactured before that acquisition. I would also like to get an idea of it's current value.

Any info would be appreciated.

It's a 1994. Gibson owned Flatiron at that time.

Current value? In the neighborhood of $500.00 - maybe a bit more if you have the original case.
