Came up with a trick for convenient practice. I downloaded Audacity, set my PCs software mixer recording to "What You Hill", then played a tab-edit file of a tune I want to practice. I had editted the file to go through the tune twice. Repeated the process three times at 160, 175, and 190 BPM. Then I took the MP3s and put them on my little flash MP3 player (USB-key style). Now I can walk around with an ear phone in and have something to practice along with. Don't have to be sitting in front of the PC (which doesn't over to well anyway whe the wife and kid are watching TV). Sure it sounds kinda a rinky-dink synthized but who cares; I just want something I have to keep time with.

PS

When I get more motivated, I'll have to use a slower downer with a real recoding but fer now, this'll work.
