I finally got a better Mando it is a Kentucky KM-380 I got it at the Great American Guitar Show near Philly. I traded in my old bad ones and had to use a little money ($100) but it was more than worth it. I Love it. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mandosmiley.gif http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Hey, that one gets good reviews for it's price range, I think it was F5Journal who called it a surprisingly good value.

It is great for the price range. I love it now what I need to do is put on some new strings and set it up. I call that rule number 1 of buying a stringed instrument. This is one of those great travel instruments it is cheap so you don't have to worry too much. I wonder what marketing genius came up with the travel size mandolin I mean they already are travel size. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mandosmiley.gif That mandosmiley guy I need to go look like him (ya know go and play).

Unseen 122,
Also Congrats! I went to the show on Saturday and got to play a few I would have liked to take home but alas they were beyond my budget. I took a mando to trade but realized that I should have sold it 1st and taken the cash with me for a better shot. I did sell a couple of guitars that I wanted to get rid of so at least I added to my mando fund!
Enjoy
