I've seen it several times now. Sounds like the Grascals but someone else said it was Doyle Lawson. I listened to the tune on the Hard game of love, CD The speed is different. So I'm not sure... Is anyone SURE here . Who.

I haven't seen the ad (the AFRTS TV we get down here has all the commercials removed), but a google search yielded this:

The song is entitled " We Missed You". It was written by "whispering" Bill Anderson and first recorded by Kitty Wells in (I think) 1962. The version used by Sears is performed by bluegrass great Doyle Lawson and his band Quicksilver.

The song "We Missed You" on the Sears commercial is Doyle's arrangement, but it was re-recorded by someone else, NOT DL&Q. This is per Mrs. Lawson.

Yes , I googled it before I asked on here. It doesn't sound like DL & Q to me.
