I need to make (or buy) a repo bridge for a 1973 style "A" Martin bent top mando. I've searched for some pics (found a few) and even called the Martin people with not much luck. If anyone could post (or better yet) send me a few good pics (top, side and front)it would be greatly appreciated.

From Frank Ford's frets.com (http://www.frets.com) museum, a picture of a 1959 and a 1930 (Koa) Style A bridge.

Here are a couple more photos of the Martin "A" bridge. This is my 1964 model. It's made of Brazilian rosewood and is the original. Note that the notches below the strings are elliptical in form.

The width at the base is exactly 4". The thickness is 3/16" and the height is just over 3/8".

I believe that a 1970's version would look like mine.

Hope this helps.
