Greetings,I've lurked here a long time and I've picked up a lot of good info but now I have a question,how low can frets get until they are considered worn out?I have four Strad-o-lins and three of them have about twenty five thousands hight and they are almost impossible to crown. thanks Kirk

Sounds like a project to learn a bit of fretting on. If you can't level and crown them, then they are gone.

As a general principle, I don't level frets to match the deepest divot, but prefer to replace worn ones to keep the playing plane as high as possible. Low frets are no fun to play on.
