...Ouch.
The mando is actually about 8ft. Every year at Willow Creek they burn a different instrument. Last year it was a mando. All the mando pickers from the bands +others (it was open for all mando pickers) got on stage and played a few tunes while it burned.

Isn't there now a tv show called "Big" ? or something like that? Did I see a promo clip where they made a giant working electic style guitar?

How did they play it? Like a Bass Cello? And on fire? Yeah, right! I used to be a baker's assistant... and well, oh, never mind. I guess one had to be there.

- No, it was not playable. Last year wa the melting mandolin. This year (last weekend) it was the grilled guitar.
