T I 'a' string coming unwraped, why?

I put TI light strings on my Martin, about four months ago, now one a string is coming unwraped above the second fret. Is this a normal problem? should I put on a new set? what???

You should take a lose look at the fret at the point where the string is coming unwrapped. It ay be time to have the frets redressed. A competent Luthier can do that for you. Four months? Just of the top of my head, I would think that you got pretty good service out of that set if you play regularly at all. Yep, I would definitely change out that set.
