Finding the birth year of a gibby a model

depends on how old! pre war numbers not so bad but those post war numbers have many overlaps and you might need more info. than just the serial number or factory order number to narrow it down. Best to just post photo and numbers here and you will get the right answer. I see so many ebay seller go the website route only to find they didn't get it right.
