Anybody here been to one of his workshops? What do you learn? Is it worthwhile? There's an opportunity to attend one next weekend near my home and i think it sounds like a good idea...

I haven't attended one of his workshops, but if there were one near me I wouldn't miss it for the world. Roland White is a bluegrass god and one of the kindest most pleasant gentleman out there. GO!

Go!!! # Roland White is a wonderful teacher besides being a kind and patient man. #I had the good luck to have two lessons with him when #my husband and I were visiting Nashville. I learned so much and he gave me some wonderful tips. You will never regret taking that workshop. #Let us know how you make out!

A friend of mine took a lesson from Roland White, and I remember him being so impressed by his ability to really pinpoint trouble areas, and that you leave with something that is practical and useful to work with.

I had him for 6 hours a day for 4 days at last year's Camp Bluegrass.
Wouldn't miss him if I had the chance...
