Anybody know where I can get a sound-bite and tab for the Blackest Crow Waltz?

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING version on YouTube here, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6jh1vqNvMs) with Bruce Molsky, Julie Fowlis, and excellent backup -- Russ Barenberg, Jerry Douglas, Phil Cunningham on a very nice Sobell 'zouk -- from the Transatlantic Sessions CD.

SPot on Allen. Great performance.

John, there is a Molsky version of the tablature on Mandozine here (http://www.mandozine.com/music/search_results.php?searchfor=crow&tuneselectby=C&mandolevel=&category=&songkey=&artist=&transcriber=&sortby=T&sortorder=A&submit=Find+TableEdit+Files). You'll need the Free TablEdit, also available there as well.

Thanks Allen and JE. I had trouble with the free download, but I can figure it out from YouTube. Yes, a great version!

That YouTube version knocked me out. I've watched it a bunch of times. Thanks. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/coffee.gif

Allen,
This may seem odd. I looked on Amazon and it seems there isn't a way to get it. You can get it from Amazon UK but not via i-Tunes (or even Amazon.CA). Do you know of anywhere else folks in the Americas can get it?

It would be cool to own that instead of just YouTubing it.

I know of Transatlantic Sessions but I don't own it. #Here's what Bruce's website (http://www.brucemolsky.com/) has to say:

Transatlantic Sessions 3 TV Series has been showing on BBC (UK) and RTE (Ireland) since September. This series of six specials was filmed in Pitlochry, Scotland earlier this year, and features a world-class group in what's described as "back porch" music (ha ha). Masters of ceremony and musical directors are Aly Bain and Jerry Douglas, and on hand are Joan Osborne, Iris Dement, Paul Brady, Dónal Lunny, Karen Matheson, Mike McGoldrick, Tim O'Brien, Russ Barenburg and on and on. It was incredibly exciting to be a part of this.

As you pointed out, there is a CD and a DVD, but they seem to be only available in the UK as of now. #Molsky would like to get the series shown in the US on PBS, but it hasn't happened yet.

Thanks, Allen. I sure hope Mr. Molsky get his, and my, wish. I can only imagine how much better it will look and sound over PBS than YouTube. That little clip opened a new musical chapter for me.
