Hey Gang,
I just signed up Sat, having attended his 2007 workshop & concert @ Harper College (Hoffman Estates) and his seminar series last summer as well there. I was surprised at the low number of signups so far. Don is known for jazz & Jethro but he'll cover some bluegrass as well (I sent him an email on it). Don's 2/9/08 workshop is a "not to miss" event in the Chicago Metro area as is his concert the evening of 2/9/08. His concert will sellout no doubt, but we need to insure that he does a workshop with it again next year so let's get more people at the workshop. It's a real bargain and we're very fortunate he does these. I'm much more a bluegrass fan than jazz and I wouldn't miss it. I'll be the guy with the old cassette tape recorder and the Eastman 615 who is more a banjo player than mando player. So, See yoall there and shalom havarim.
