Passing on my thanks to mando builder Jim Hilburn for his on the spot work on curing setup issues with my vintage F5. Jim was really great to work with, and was willing to put aside work for the day to attend to multiple setup issues that I was experiencing. The work was done while I waited which was nice as I did not have to leave the mandolin and was able to take it home with me that day. That level of service is something I really appreciate. Along with taking the time it takes and putting in the personal care that fussy vintage instruments require I'd recommend Jim for anyone who needs help with a Vintage Instrument.
