I am thinking about building an F4 kit from IV because i like the style, but i would like it to have that full, big sound of a L&H, with the mellow highs and big lows. think the sweetest, darkest sound you could get for a mandolin.
so how are old L&H ovals Braced and can you do it with the IV F4, since their tops are thicker than the other IV kits?
