I've got a 1918 Gibson A mandolin that I've been very happy with, but now after getting some money for graduation am considering upgrading to a mandolin in the 1500-2500 dollar range (with f holes) Been looking at a Collings MT, and some Webers. What would you guys recommend. Would want to play bluegrass but also other stuff such as tim-obrien-ish music and other styles. Any thoughts, comments, observations, reccomendations, all would be appreciated.
