The collection right here at the Cafe Tab archive is a good place to start.
After that, there are some decent sites I have seen, but I haven't seen any as extensive as the one here. Try Googling "mandolin tab" or "bluegrass mandolin tab".

Yes mandozine is an excellent site as well with links to table edit which is an excellent program and teaching aid. Do a google search for table edit and you will find the program and many links to free table edit files for download. Sorry for the other post Scott.

Look at www.jaybuckey.com. As a beginner I've found it very helpful, with a good deal of free tab, many with downloadable mp3s for playalong.

alltabs.com - look for Bluegrass and Mandolin. Lots there.
