I had a TKL a-style case, which fit my quartz oo (with strap) just fine.

Call TKL and ask them - 804-749-8300. That's an Oilville, Virginia phone number for the factory where they make them. It turns out they are real nice and can discuss their product line with you. (I wish I could remember who it was that helped me, but you should be able to describe what you want and they will get you the right person.)
