Kids and mandolins

Below is a "story" told and illustrated by my son, Benjamin, shortly after we produced Simon Mayor and Hilary James in concert and workshop back in November. The story was part of a project at his preschool where his teacher wrote the children's stories verbatim and then had them illustrate them. Simon and Hilary stayed at our home, taking a pancake breakfast before the workshop and a leisurely lunch afterward. Benjamin was not quite 4 at the time.
