For Celtic especially, try John Chamber's site:

http://trillian.mit.edu/~jc/music/abc/findtune.html

Tunes can be had in several formats.

THIS site has a bunch of celtic tabs. #I am not trying to be a wise guy, I just wanted to make sure you did not overlook them.

Uh, thanks. I did overlook them. Actually, I didn't
know they were here.

If you get a tool such as Tab|Edit (http://tabledit.com/) that can convert ABC to Tablature, it will open a world of possibilities for you, since there are tons of sites with Celtic tunes in ABC format (such as The Session (http://thesession.org/) and "O'Neils 1850" @ sosyourmom.com (http://www.sosyourmom.com/Oneils1.html), as well as John Chamber's site linked above).

Also,

http://www.co-mando.com/index.php

ABC, Tabledit, etc. files. Lots of bluegrass, but has Celtic and a good selection of O'Carolan

with it?
