I think I'll go up to the bean blossom fest. anyone here going. I haven't been since '89. I think that's when they filmed that movie about monroe. Jimmy Martin is supposed to be there sat. but I wonder if he'll make it. I wonder what the park is like now. anyone going?

I went to the olde tyme festival a couple of weeks ago and the grounds are real nice. They have indoor facilities and hot showers. You can't beat that when your camping.I heard the bluegrass fest is real crowded so get to those showers early!

My husband and I went last year and will go again this year. #We go in out motorhome and stay for the whole show. Everyday was great last year. Did any of the old time show get rained out? I planned to go over but had family issues arrive. I definetely will make the BG festival.

Yeah it rained the whole time..... but the shows still went on we tent camped so needless to say I slept in a puddle. We picked the whole time since it was raining and not much fun to go hiking. The music was awesome and Bela Fleck showed up to do a couple of song withhis girlfreinds band.... Uncle EArl.

I'm kinda ashamed I caint plan ahead so I have enough vacation time to stay over there all week, definitely the way to go if you can.

I'm in Bloomington, IN so it's a 45 minute drive at the most. #So I'll probably try and go Thursday, and see Rhonda Vincent and others that day or evening.

...coming up on June 5th at Bryan Park, there is a 4 band Bluegrass show that evening. #My band will be on second: The Bloomingtones. #Also, if you havent try and catch the Old City Trio around town or The Not Too Bad Bluegrass Band.... We'll also be at the Upland Brewery tonight starting at 830pm.

One last thing.... The Old City Trio is trying to start up a Bluegrass Jam at the Gallery West Expresso. First one is Sunday night July 25th, I caint remember the time though.
