I think it's permissible to post a brief unsolicited plug for one of our own - Ken Sager has just released a very nice CD of originals and traditional fiddle tunes, which he plays flawlessly on mandolin, guitar, banjer, and bass.
I found out through the Cafe News, [here] (http://www.mandolincafe.com/news/publish/mandolins_00621.shtml)
Buy here (http://www.kensager.com/music.htm) or here (http://cdbaby.com/cd/kensager).
I like it a lot, especially the original tunes, and the minor key variation of St Anne's Reel, which seems destined to become part of the repertory.
Well done, Ken!
Now we're waiting for the second CD, the one with the weird electronic noises. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
