Hey is this thread still on here? Can you walk me through what you did? I have a Flatiron Zouk that has what appears to be orange crayon on a couple spots on the top. How can I get it off? What did you use? Thanks,

For what it's worth, crayon might be more easily removed with a bit of naphtha (lighter fluid). This worked like a charm to get off some 50 year old tape residue for me.
