Pink floyd: pigs on the wing ii

i know the song is in 3/2 up until after the A chord. but ####### i can not figure the end of the "Now that I've found somewhere safe to bury my bone" it doesnt sound like it stays in 3/2

i also hear the Am & F as 3 counts but what is the count after the second F into C and Am for "And any fool knows a dog needs a home"

hope this isnt too confusing of a question. is it me, or do you not agree the timing is tricky on this song.

The sheet music I have (book I bought in Scotland in 1986) shows the whole song in common time (4/4), and the A minor chords are played over dotted quarter notes:

# # # |Am # # # # F # # # #D7 # #|Am # # # # # # # F # # # # #C #|
and |any fool knows a|dog needs a home |

Those 3 counts on the A minor are throwing you off the overall time signature.
