I doubt it. There certainly may be peaks and valleys in the immediate future but there are plenty of competent people still working there.

They survived losing Lloyd Loar didn't they? As much as I enjoyed Big Joe's posts I seriously doubt (and I'm sure he would agree) that his exit will even be a blip on Gibson's radar screen. As to why Joe's leaving or the introduction of the Chinese Flatiron would even be elevated to the loss of Charlie Derrington is really beyond me. I don't even see a remote comparison.
