Song for 1st david grisman quintet album?

Is there, has there ever been, a song book for the first david grisman quintet album. even if it was just basic melody and chord changes, I'd really like to see that.

I don't know of a source for the other songs. Although I'd love to see the music for Fish Scale.

I think a good source is the Dawg's 6 CD set. Covers a good portion of them. Not for beginners.
