I'm headed to Paris for a few days next week, and I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know of any bluegrass venues there? Outside the city is okay, too--the Paris Metro and I are old friends.

Or...
Nice poster, "Bonjour chez vous".
Seeing the spelling on there of mandoline makes me recall the Monroe record Master of Bluegrass, which had the same spelling, if memory serves. Wonder if Monsieur Monroe wanted it that way.

The "3 days of beef" is kind of an intriguing advertising angle. No vegetarians allowed?

For vegetarians, read "three days of jam"...

I like the order in which the instruments are listed on the poster: #banjo, violin, bass, guitar, Dobro and (last) mandolin (just before "dances").
Are they telling us something about the lowly status of mandolin in France? #Or is it a case of "last but not least"? #Inquiring minds want to know ...

I don't know, but it could tell "us" something about the lowly status of traditional american music in France...

Francois Vola, an old friend (and great musician!) who used to live in North Carolina, has a band website here:
