Another long shot, but anyone ever work out this blues tune off of "Sailing to Philadelphia"?
I've posted on a few other boards with little luck.
While the recording may have mando on it (more likely a reso guitar), I'm trying to get the song across on mando only.
And to be specific, I have the main riff in Bb, and it's twin in Eb, I get lost on the V chord harmony.
thanks
Bob
PS
The TAB book is available here in the US for about $100, so no
I'm not going to just order it.

Bb7/Ab Eb/G Ebm/Gb Bb/F repeat to F start verse again. I'm pretty sure this is what he's playing in the "bridge" part too. BTW, you can hear Mike Henderson's mando in this tune. Way cool.

Thank you, I'll try the bass note choices as well.
Henderson adds some great flavor to that tune, I wish he had a solo in it.

Here's (http://cindynjeff.freesite.org/mk2001-06-16d1t07.mp3) a live version from the Hamburg 6-16-01 radio broadcast. Some audible mando in the first couple minutes #but then it's Hammond and electric guitar dominating the solos later in the song.
