Anyone hear about this album yet? Dunno if I missed the post elsewhere or if it was not worth posting about:

It's come up a time or two here ( http://www.mandolincafe.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=12;t=42644 ) but didn't generate much discussion.
That album has actually stirred up more comments on Banjohangout (well, Ricky does play clawhammer every once in awhile):

Heard a couple of tracks on WDVX last weekend. Great stuff!
For those looking for a different opinion, it's ####!

They do an absolutely fantastic version of "Super Freak" by Rick James on the album. I couldn't stop laughing - it's a riot.
Edit: Oops, it was already pointed out! ^^

Saw the Crossroads show last night for the first time, incredable stuff. I believe there was a thread on this awhile back. I would highly recommend anyone interested in hearing stellar musicianship and stellar songs and performances check this out. Amazing.Probably not for the super traditinalist though.
