Suwannee springfest

This was my fourth consecutive (spring) festival here and it remains a real treasure. Mandolin highlights this year were Josh Pinkham (playing a Dudenbostel); Jesse Cobb with the Infamous Stringdusters (these guys smoked) and Barry Mitterhoff with Jorma (very tasteful playing). All in all one of the better festivals there as the weather was perfect all four days. Josh is going on tour with Frank Vignola for a Gypsygrass tour. Check out Frank's website for tourdates.

I agree about the Infamous Stringdusters & Barry Metterhoff, great sets. Only saw Josh Sunday during the Rowan's b/g set but have seen him in the past & he is incredible. Very interested in seeing him w/Frank Vignola. I also enjoyed Sharon Gilcrests playing Sunday.
