Kind of a long drive from Seattle don't you think?

It's not too far from Hamptonville, NC. My wife and I will be there. I understand Mike Bub is playing bass on some of the shows with them. Bryn Bright is no longer with them.

Here's the link to the Davie Co. Arts Council.

Sat. Feb 17 7:00pm $25 adults
It's the Brock Performing Arts Center located on Hwy 158 right before you get downtown Mocksville.
Well, downtown is not really the right term. How about you drive through town and if you missed it the first time drive back through. There must be what? Three or four stoplights now in Mocksville?
I dunno about beer in Mocksville. I'm from Clemmons. Different county.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm in Winston so it won't take me long to get there. I can't remember if Mocksville is still dry. Who cares. I put that question on there as a joke anyway. Thanks again.

Think this is the second reference I've seen to Bryn's departure. #I saw the Unit December 26th with Wyatt, Bryn & Rickie Simpkins. #Is she just not doing the Quartet gigs or has she moved on to other projects altogether?

Beer in Mocksville? You can still get moonshine in a ball jar but I doubt you will be able to carry it into the Brock Center. Family type place for concerts but parking lot drinking okay.

Her husband Billy used to play mandolin with Tony & Pete too...
Her ex-husband. They've been split for at least 2 years now. She's now Bryn Davies (maiden name?).

She's touring with Patty Griffin.

It was pretty good. The sound man was having a bad day. The second set was better. Bass man on the job training!
I had never heard Peter Rowan in person so I thought it was great. He sounded exactly like himself.
