When the video is up, right click the address bar, click copy, go to wherever you want to post the link, right click again and click paste. To shorten a link, or insert text do this:

the way JB describes works fine or you can hit the http:// button that is on the iB code buttons list when you are replying to a post, instantly or otherwise. just follow the directions that it gives you and it basically puts the URL brackets and everything for it.
